Method
- 1
Break the noodle sheets in half along the fold to make the sheets half as thick.
- 2
Pour the pasta sauces into a bowl. Rinse the cans with the water (2 dl) and mix the water into the sauce.
- 3
Mix the crème fraîche and half of the grated cheese together.
- 4
Spread about one third of the sauce onto the bottom of a baking dish. Place half of the noodle sheets on top.
- 5
Spread one third of the sauce over the noodle sheets. Spread half of the crème fraîche mixture over the sauce. Place the remaining noodle sheets in the dish and spread the rest of the sauce and crème fraîche mixture on top.
- 6
Bake on the bottom rack of the oven at 200 degrees first for about 10 minutes. Press the surface of the lasagna down slightly with a spoon so that the noodle sheets are completely covered in sauce. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top and continue baking for about another 20 minutes. Let the lasagna rest for a moment before serving. Garnish with basil.
