Machine-translated, original language: Suomi.

Method
- 1
Grease a large baking dish, such as a lasagna dish. Spread one bag of garlic potatoes on the bottom.
- 2
Brown the minced meat in a pan and add the diced onions to sauté. Season the meat with salt and black pepper and spread it over the potatoes.
- 3
Add 5 dl of water to the pan and bring to a boil. Spread the second bag of potatoes over the meat layer and pour the rinsing liquid from the pan on top. Grind a little black pepper from a mill over it.
- 4
Bake the potato casserole on the lowest rack of the oven at 200 degrees for about 35 minutes. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and cover the surface of the casserole with them. Sprinkle half of the oregano on top and spread the cheese shred over it. Continue baking for another 15 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked through. (Cover the dish with foil if necessary). Sprinkle the remaining oregano on top of the cooked casserole. Serve with a fresh salad.
